National Wellness Week

Wellness Week is this week for Students, Faculty and Staff! There are 8 different dimensions of wellness we will touch on during the week.Please be on the lookout for wellness activities and more information.  

 Highlights include:

 Monday: Complete a wellness assessment to be entered in a drawing for fun prizes! (Fit-bit, Light Therapy Lamp, Subway cards, Yoga mat) 

 Tuesday:  BYO Lunch and Learn on Nutrition in Room 50 at 11:30 and 12:15 pm. Danna Woods, Dietitian at FirstLight, will present and take questions. Schedule time for a quick 15 minute walk!  A group will walk at 3 pm, meet at the Bistro table area.

 Wednesday:  President's office will provide Fall treats.  Student only event at 3 pm in the Auditorium (more details to come!)

 Thursday: Aromatherapy in the Student Success Suite (near the Academic Skills Center)

 Friday: Yoga at 12 pm.
