Plan a Group Visit to PTCC
Bring your students or organization to Pine Technical & Community College for a customized campus experience!
Group visits are designed for schools, youth organizations, college and career exploration programs, and community groups interested in learning more about PTCC. We’ll work with you to create a visit that helps your group explore college, careers, and the opportunities available at Pine.
Depending on your group’s interests, size, available time, and campus availability, your visit may include:
- A guided campus tour
- An overview of PTCC programs and student opportunities
- Admissions and next-step information
- Visits to selected classrooms, labs, or program areas
- Opportunities to learn about specific career fields
- Information about paying for college and financial aid
- Information about earning college credit while in high school
- Time for questions with PTCC staff
We will do our best to customize your experience around your group’s interests. Because classes and labs are in session throughout the academic year, access to specific program areas, faculty, or hands-on activities may vary by date.
Wednesdays and Thursdays are our preferred days for group visits during the academic year. Other dates may be considered depending on campus and staff availability.
Please submit your request at least two weeks before your preferred visit date to give us time to coordinate your experience. Earlier requests are encouraged, particularly for larger groups or visits involving multiple program areas.
Submitting a Group Visit Request does not confirm your visit. A member of the PTCC team will review your request and contact you to confirm availability and finalize your visit schedule.
If you’re a prospective student visiting PTCC individually or with your family or support person, you don’t need to submit a Group Visit Request. Join us for one of our regularly scheduled Campus Tours instead.

Complete the Group Visit Request Form below. Tell us a little about your group and what you’d like to experience at PTCC, and we’ll work with you to plan your visit.
