Yoga for the REST of Us 

An all level, unique Yoga class combining breath work and stretches for calming and restorative benefits. 
We will break down Yoga poses for maximum comfort and flexibility. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, renewed and joyful. 
This class incorporates all levels of learners.  Bring your own mat and a pillow.
All courses are Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00pm – 12:50pm

01/07/20 - 01/30/20, $40.00, All January classes are in Room 51 in the Main Campus Building except 01/28,20, which is in Room 50 in the Main Campus Building. 

02/04/20 - 02/27/20. $40.00, All February classes are in Room 51 in the Main Campus Building. 

03/03/20 - 03/31/20. $45.00, All March classes are in the Pine Innovation Center, except 3/3/20 & 3/31/20 which are in Room 140 in the Main Campus Building. 

04/7/20 - 04/30/20. $30.00, Please note there are no classes 4/14/20 & 4/16/20. Room location is TBD

05/05/20 - 05/28/20. $40.00. Room location is TBD

06/02/20 - 06/30/20. $45.00. Room location is TBD

Yoga for Strength and Balance

An all level, unique Yoga class combining breath work and postures for strength and balance.
We will break down Yoga poses for maximum comfort and flexibility. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, renewed and joyful.
This class incorporates all levels of learners.  Bring your own mat and a pillow.
All courses are Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Course Dates & Price:  

01/07/20 -01/30/20, $40.00. All January classes are in Room 51 in the Main Campus Building except on 1/28/20, which is in Room 50.  

02/04/20 - 02/27/20, $40.00. All February classes are in Room 51 in the Main Campus Building except on 2/25/20 which is in Room 140. 

03/03/20 - 03/31/20, $45.00. All March classes are in the Pine Innovation Center except 3/3 & 3/31, which are in Room 140 in the Main Campus Building. 

04/7/20 - 04/30/20. $30.00,  Please note there are no classes 4/14/20 & 4/16/20. Room location is TBD

NEW Course - Introduction to Yoga & Meditation

This course introduces students to the basic principles of yoga, including positioning, breathing, meditation, and the connection between a healthy mind and body. Students will explore techniques to improve relaxation and stress management will be emphasized. Students must be able to participate in yoga exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques. Yoga experience is not required.

Aromatherapy and music will be utilized in this course. Students with known post-traumatic stress disorder or exposure to traumatic events should consult their provider prior to participating in basic meditation techniques.

Price is $160.00

Course Dates: Every Tuesday beginning 1/14/20 - 5/12/20 2:00pm - 3:55pm
