Adult Basic Education

Adult Basic Education (ABE) can help students who want to attend college, but still need to earn their high school credential. We can assist you with basic skills brush up in math, reading, writing or computer skills. See locations and times for earning a GED or Adult Diploma in surrounding communities, as well as at Pine Technical & Community College.

Adult Basic Education Hours

ABE classes for GED/ Adult Diploma/ Accuplacer Prep/ Basic Computer Skills/ College Tutoring

Tuesdays 10am- 2:30pm

Wednesdays 9am-12:30pm 

Thursdays 10am-2:30pm

If one of these times don't work, please contact Jami and she can try and find a time that works! 

ABE now has more late afternoon hours on campus! Brad Jensen (retired ALP teacher from Hinckley/Finlayson) will be here Wednesdays 3:30-5:30pm in the tutoring center, beginning Sept. 7.

Once you earn your high school credential, let us help you study for your Accuplacer placement test for college entry, or access college class tutoring, at the Pine Technical and Community College campus.

All resources and class instruction is free!
