Pine Technical and Community College (PTCC) has been serving students in the east central Minnesota region and beyond since 1965. As a proud member of the Minnesota State System, the College awards certificates, diplomas, associate, and transfer degrees to over 2, 500 students, annually. PTCC offers one of the lowest tuition rates in the Minnesota State system while delivering high quality programs and services. Located half-way between the Twin Cities and Duluth, PTCC has a constantly growing population that serves students of all demographics whether they are starting out or starting over in their career.
