Graduate Follow Up Survey

You will be expected to complete a graduate follow-up survey within 12 months of completing your diploma, certificate or degree with PTCC. You will be emailed your specific survey link several months after you are awarded so please be on the lookout for that. This survey asks if you plan to continue onto more schooling or if you obtained a job after graduation. If you already have a job lined up or are accepted to continue school (even at PTCC in another program), please feel free to complete the survey ahead of time.
