Graduation and Commencement

GRADUATION AND COMMENCEMENT

You deserve to be very proud of your accomplishments! Here’s how to graduate and take part in the commencement ceremony.

Steps to Finalize the Graduation Process at PTCC

Deadline: The deadline to apply to graduate for the spring 2026 term is March 27, 2026.

APPLY FOR GRADUATION

If you submit your application after March 27:

  • Your name may not appear in the commencement program
  • Your degree may take longer to be officially conferred

If you completed your program requirements in a previous term but did not apply for graduation, you can still apply now.

If you took out a student loan to fund your education at PTCC, you must do a loan exit counseling session.

For campus assistance, please contact financialaid@pine.edu.

Allow 8-10 weeks after grades have posted for your award to be processed. You will receive your award both digitally and at the address you entered on your graduation application. If you have questions regarding your graduation application or award, please contact records@pine.edu.
