Pine Technical and Community College prides itself on having one of the lowest tuition and fees in the state.   PTCC’s robust scholarship offerings complement the low tuition and fees, making college possible for all students.  In addition to the scholarships, the majority of PTCC students qualify for federal and/or state financial aid.

Tuition & Fees

About three-quarters of students at Pine Technical & Community College receive some type of financial aid in the form of grants, scholarships, loans or work-study.

Approximately 38 percent of financial aid dollars awarded to undergraduates are in the form of federal loans, and the rest are grants, scholarships, federal work-study, and tax credits and deductions.

When planning for college you must consider both direct and indirect costs to determine how much aid you might need. Direct costs include tuition & fees billed to your student account. Indirect costs include books, supplies, transportation, housing, meals, and miscellaneous personal expenses. The combination of your direct and indirect costs are commonly referred to as your estimated Cost of Attendance.
