Students develop leadership, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making skills needed to launch and sustain successful ventures. Graduates are prepared to start their own business or contribute to innovative organizations.

 

PROGRAM FACT SHEET

Students completing this certificate will be able to:

  1. develop a complete business plan outlining goals, strategies, and financial projections for a small business startup;
  2. apply principles of continuous improvement to evaluate and refine business operations for growth and sustainability;
  3. use digital tools to create marketing campaigns, manage finances, and streamline business processes;
  4. analyze business data and market trends to make informed decisions and solve operational challenges;
  5. demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills by exploring multiple approaches to business challenges;
  6. exhibit professional ethics and leadership qualities such as honesty, reliability, and initiative in all business dealings;
  7. communicate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders through written, verbal, and digital channels; and
