Pine Technical & Community College doesn’t have its own dorms or housing, but there are several great options nearby for students. Whether you’re looking for your own place, housing for your family, or want to share space with others, you’ll find choices right here in Pine City.

Living close to campus means less time commuting, saving money on gas, and having more chances to connect with friends and get involved in college life. Plus, you’ll be part of a welcoming small-town community with plenty of outdoor activities, lakes and rivers, and local dining.

The four housing options listed below are within walking distance of PTCC. The housing partners were selected for their close proximity to campus and their ability to prioritize PTCC students. Students and their families are encouraged to visit Pine City and arrange for housing ahead of their anticipated semester start dates. Schedule an appointment to tour campus, and contact the individual housing partners directly to set up a time to view their properties.
