Mission Statement

The OIR pursues institutional effectiveness through research, accreditation, assessments, internal and external reporting, and grant support.
Institutional Request Form
To help us organize, prioritize, and track our work, please fill out and submit the Institutional Request Form. Please take some time and consider the data, information, or research your division, department, or committee will need. Complete ONE form for each project request. The provided information will help us ensure that resources are available to meet your needs.
Please note that Institutional Research Requests could take up to 2-3 weeks to complete if approved.
Academic and Student Affairs leadership meets weekly to review new requests and their alignment with PTCC’s mission and project schedule. Upon review of your submitted request, PTCC staff will follow up via email with the status of your request, additional questions, and an approximate timeline for completion. PTCC staff may refer you to the PTCC IT Department (helpdesk@pine.edu) for assistance.
