Preferred Housing Partners

PTCC offers housing options to meet the needs of all students! Conveniently located halfway between the Twin Cities and Duluth on I35, there are housing options available, for single students, families, and those who are looking for a new adventure. Meet new friends, get involved on campus, save on driving time and gas money and live in a small town community that has many options for outdoor recreation, lakes and rivers, dining, and much more!

Students and their families are encouraged to visit Pine City and arrange for housing ahead of their anticipated semester start dates.

Affordable Housing with (HUD) is helping communities address their housing and health needs.

If you need rent assistance, you may qualify for help even if you have already accessed Emergency in the last 12 months. Applications will be available for online submission or print through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
