  • LeadMN is college students connecting for the change. They represent the many two-year college students in Minnesota to help them transform their lives and their communities. They help develop leadership skills to realize their potential, see beyond what they thought was possible for personal success, and to drive community-wide change. Each semester, Minnesota technical and community college student senators meet at LeadMN’s General Assembly to represent their schools, attend workshops and learn how to better serve their students.  Student senators also have the opportunity to listen to various speakers and have open discussion on issues affecting Minnesota technical and community college students. During the year, senators also attend leadership conferences held by LeadMN on other campuses.  These conferences are a lot like the General Assembly, but on a smaller scale.  Both events offer opportunities to network with students at other colleges, exchange ideas and attend leadership training.
